as you try your hardest to remain present to this moment,

as you try to live in the now & not the past or in the future,

as you get comfortable in this very minute-

not who you were & not who you might be.

be intentional.

be focused.

be generous.

be dedicated.

be aware.

be responsible.

be present.

be self-less.

be worry-less.

be greed-less.

be committed to being less...

and perhaps then, you will be more.
